Nothing here was made by a machine
Every piece on this site was crocheted by hand by one of the fourteen women who work with us across Lahore, Karachi and Multan. They are paid per piece, at a rate they set — which is why a bridal bouquet costs what it does, and why we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.
Handmade means small variations: a petal that curls slightly differently, a shade that shifts a fraction between dye lots. We do not consider these faults. They are the evidence that a person made this, not a factory.

Worth the wait
Took about a week to make but you can see why — it is a lot of work. Soft, light and it has survived the washing machine twice.
Filled an awkward wall
Had a big empty wall above the sofa and this sorted it. The fringe came already combed straight which I appreciated.
Beautiful, order the insert separately
The cover is lovely and the buttons at the back are a nice touch. Just note the cushion itself is not included — I missed that at first.
Bought six for my class
Gave these to my students at the end of term. Each one came individually bagged which saved me a lot of work. Very reasonable price.

Metro cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot) usually receive orders in 2–4 working days. Elsewhere in Punjab and Sindh takes 3–5 days, and Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK take 5–12 days. Made-to-order pieces such as bridal bouquets add their own making time, which is shown on the product page.
Yes — cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship in Pakistan, with no extra charge. You can also pay by EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer if you prefer to settle in advance.
Yes. Anything marked “customisable” can be made in your colours — write the details in the order notes at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the shade you want. For name keychains and wedding favours we send a photo for your approval before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated from your city at checkout: Rs 200 to metro cities, Rs 250–280 to other cities in Punjab, Sindh and KP, and Rs 350–400 to Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK. Orders above Rs 5,000 ship free to most of the country.
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the piece or refund you. Because everything is handmade, small variations in size and shade are normal and are not considered faults — but anything genuinely damaged or not as described, we put right.
Cotton pieces can be machine washed cold inside a laundry bag on a gentle cycle, then dried flat. Stuffed toys should be hand washed and pressed out in a towel rather than wrung. Never tumble dry acrylic on high heat. Each product page lists care instructions specific to that piece.
Yes, and we quote a better rate above fifty pieces. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and date — bulk orders need four to six weeks of lead time because everything is made by hand.
Everything in the baby range uses embroidered eyes rather than plastic safety eyes, soft cotton yarn, and enclosed rattle capsules with no loose parts. As with any handmade toy, check the seams occasionally as it gets used.
