Shipping & returns

Metro cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Gujranwala and Sialkot — usually receive orders in 2–4 working days.

Other cities in Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa take 3–6 working days. Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir take 5–12 working days.

Made-to-order pieces such as bridal bouquets, baby blankets and wedding favours add their own making time. The range is shown on each product page, and it starts from the day the order is confirmed.

Rs 200 to metro cities. Rs 250–280 to other cities in Punjab, Sindh and KP. Rs 350–400 to Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK.

Orders above Rs 5,000 ship free to most of the country. The exact charge is calculated from your city at checkout, before you pay.

We ship with Leopards Courier, TCS, M&P, Call Courier, Trax and Pakistan Post, choosing whichever serves your area best.

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship, at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers rarely carry change.

If you are not home, the courier will usually attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to us. Repeated refused deliveries mean we may ask for advance payment on future orders.

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery charge.

Because everything is made by hand, small variations in size, shade and stitch are normal and are not faults. A petal that curls a little differently from the photograph is the nature of handmade work.

Custom and personalised pieces — anything with a name crocheted into it, or made in colours you chose — cannot be returned unless they are damaged or wrong, because we cannot resell them.

Refunds are issued by the same method you paid with, or by EasyPaisa or bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, within seven working days of the returned parcel reaching us.
