Terms of service

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by SMS or email; until then, we may decline an order — for example if a piece has just sold out, or a delivery address is outside the areas our couriers reach.

Prices and stock can change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed.

Every item is made by hand. Small variations in size, shade and stitch between pieces, and between a piece and its photograph, are expected and are not defects.

Product photographs are taken in natural light. Screens vary, and so do dye lots. If exact colour matters to you, message us before ordering.

You can cancel a ready-to-ship order any time before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once work has begun, because they cannot be resold.
